Guests had an enjoyable stay, with a breakfast at the indoor restaurant with a swim-up bar that was above average and gorgeous.

We had an enjoyable stay for their tenth or more visit.
It was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location with Ground Zero Monument nearby. There were a shopping centre and a market around the hotel.

The accommodation met all our needs, the staff at the reception desk were very friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and affordable taxi services.

The rooms at this place are relaxing and impressive, with a beautiful garden in the middle of Kuta, extra bed amenities, and fresh linen and towels; the location is marvelous and brilliant, right in the very center.

Strategic location.
The cleanliness is so poor and facility inside the room is so old. We had breakfast in the morning and saw flies and ants on the table.

Absolutely friendly staff, cleaning our room every day, new sheets and new towels every day. It is very quiet and peaceful, consiedring that it is on the busy main street of Kuta/Legian, you don't get any noise. Breakfasts are good enough and long 3 hours, the surrounding is beautiful, with lots of green bushes, trees and tropical plants, kolibris and geckos around, big swimming pool with bar inside of it. We were offered a free transport to the airport when we left. We have enjoyed to stay there a lot.
the WiFi internet was dropping of a few times but as soon as we reported the staff fixed it starlight away.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, phenomenal staff and helpful service. Favourable and fantastic location, in the centre of Kuta. And adjacent to taxi or scooter and the Jalan Legian and Close to many shops...

The surrounding leading to the hotel room.
I think the price is a bit too expensive compare to the facilities provided. We didn't know the hotel is behind a shop.
